摘要
研究了应用虚拟仪器技术,结合音速喷嘴测量标定原理设计高精度气体流量自动标定系统的原理及软硬件结构。分析了系统的精度及不同数字滤波方案对系统性能的影响。试验证明,该方案具有成本低、精度高、自动化等特点,具有一定的参考价值。
Studies the virtual instrument technology which apply the lAB windows CVI and the PXI, and adopts the way of positive press and the principle of the sound velocity nozzle mark to design Gas Flux Marking System and it' s structure of software and hardware. The precision of system and the affect of precept for digital compen.~ation are analyzed. The precept has characteristic including low-cost, high-precision and autoimmunization, which deserves being tried.
