基于TMS320F240 DSP的水轮发电机转速测量系统设计

摘要 水轮发电机组转速的可靠测量是对其进行有效监视与控制的基础,针对目前水轮发电机组电气转速的测量以单片机、PLC或二者相结合的方式为主要实现方式所面临的转速测量值可能非正常突变的问题,通过增强转速系统的软件滤波能力来改善转速测量值可能非正常突变的现象,提出了一种新的基于DSP的电气转速测量的实现方式,着重论述了使用DSP实现的基本的硬件组成以及软件流程。 It is the basis for the hydraulic generator to reliably monitor and control that the rotate-speed was measured reliably . At the present time,the modes that are used to measure the rotate speed were realized by Single-Chip computer or PLC or by the both, and for these modes that the number of the rotate-speed measured may be changed abnormally and suddenly because of some uncertain factors . For the issue concerned above, a new design based on DSP was brought forward to improve the reliability of the measure by the strength of soft filter, and the main components of the hardware and soft flow of the design were introduced.
