摘要
介绍了一种新型的基于DSP和CPLD的印刷机张力测控系统的设计方案。成功解决了传统张力测控系统中采用51系列单片机作为底层处理器存在的数据处理能力弱、速度慢以及实时性不强的问题。详细介绍了该张力测控系统所采用的CPLD和DSP结合技术,并实现与CAN总线的通信。阐述了张力测控系统硬件和软件具体实现方法。
Introduced a new pattern of tension measure and control system in printing field based on DSP and CPLD. It has success- fully solved the problem in traditional system which based on 51 chip as the core. It also ravels out the disadvantage of lag transmission and low efficiency executing data in old the old way. The new tension measure and control system which can communicate with CAN bus adopts the technic of DSP and CPLD. Also expounded the concretely realize ways of software and hardware in this system.
