管状流通式阴离子表面活性剂电极的研制 被引量:5

Preparation of Flow-through Tubular Ion-selective Electrode for the Determination of Anionic Surfactants

摘要 以石墨管为基体,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为电活性物质,制备了带有内参比电极(Ag/AgCI)的管状流通式阴离子表面活性剂选择性电极,对其性能进行了测试。实验结果表明,其线性响应范围为1.6×10^-7-5.1×10^-3moL/L,斜率为52.0mV/dec,检出限为2.0×10^-8mol/L。利用该电极进行测试时,常用的无机阴离子Cl^-、SO4^2-、NO3^-、PO43^-等不会对其产生干扰;该电极适宜的pH值范围为2.50-10.50。对水样测定,回收率为95%-104%。电极可连续使用50d左右。 A flow-through tubular ion-selective electrode(ISE) responsive to anionic surfactants is reported. This ISE is prepared by using carbon tube as matrix material, and trimethyl ammoniym bromide as the electroactive substance. The electrode performance has been experimentally tested. The results show that this ISE has a wide linear range of 1.6 × 10^-7 -5. 1 × 10^-3 mol/L for determining dodecylbenzene sulfonate( DBS- ). Its Nernstian slope is 52 mV · decade ^-1 within pH range of 2.50 - 10. 50. The detection limit is 2.0 × 10^-8 mol/L, and the life time of the electrode is about 50 d. The electrode has been applied to the determination of anionic surfactants in water, the average recovery is 95%- 104%.
