A MONITORING AND PRE-WARNING SYSTEM FOR LIQUEFIED HAZARDOUS MATERIALS TANK

根据国家八五科技攻关专题“易燃易爆重大危险源监控及预警技术研究”技术总结报告提供的素材，通过对危险品储罐的安全状态实时监测、建立泄漏扩散预测模型及其计算机仿真装置，构成监控危险源的预警系统，为预防重大事故。

A monitoring and pre-warning system for a big ball-tank of liquefied ammonia is described. In this system under normal condition the computer shows analogic flow scheme and process parameters for the production controlling operator.As the accidental release occurs and the threshold value of ammonia concentration in air is reached, the computer can calculate approximate release volume according to measured process parameters and plot iso-concentration curve on the chart of the area around the plant according to weather parameters measured by detectors automatically. At the same time the computer can provide an expert system for emergency measures.
