本文就篮球裁判员应具备的心理素质及影响因素进行分析,并提出培养建议,以便广大篮球裁判员认真总结,树立自信心,提高判罚的准确性,更好地组织和控制比赛,确保比赛的公平、公正,为篮球运动创造一个良好健康的发展氛围。

In this paper, basketball referees＇ psychological quality and the influence which the referees should have will be analyzed, and some suggestions of training will be offered to make the referees sum up seriously, in order to set up their self-confidence, to improve accurateness of judgment; so that they can organize and control the game easily to ensure fair and just for deliberately creating an atmosphere for the game of basketball.
