摘要
本文探索了一种柴油机的新燃烧方式,即可控活性化预混合燃烧,对预混合室结构参数的优化和预混合气的形成作了基础研究。据此以135柴油机为对象,设计制造了一台试验装置,包括火焰拍摄装置和计算机图像采集系统。该装置已实现了低负荷下的运行,并进行了火焰图像实时采集、处理和分析。
The work done in this paper involves the concept design of CAPCE (Controllable ActivePremixed Combustion Diesel Engine), the constructional optimum of the premix chamber,and the forming of the homegeneous premixed charge in the premix chamber. ACAPCE primingary experiment was also completed in a 135 Diesel engine test installation(including flame photo equipment and CCD image acquisition system). The controllable active premixed combustion system was realized in low laod, and the acquisition and process ofthe nam image and the analysis of working condition in the cylinder were also carried out.
