Structural Design for Top Plate of Basement with Civil Air Defence

提出考虑人防要求的地下室顶板结构二步设计法,解决了由于《六级人民防空地下室设计规程》(后简称《规程》)要求考虑核爆动荷载与其它荷载组合后的特大荷载作用下的大柱网地下室的设计难题,以及《规程》与现行的有关设计规范设计基准不一致给设计带来的困难。

Taking civil air defence into account, this paper presents a two-step design method which meets the demands of Rule for the Sixth Satge Civil Air De fence Design of Basement(to be called Rule for short)that in large besement nuclear explosion load com- bining with other loads shoud be considered.The difference between Rule and current design specification is also considered.
