摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法,用硅胶溶液和陶瓷载体-γ氧化铝多孔膜制备陶瓷载体-γ氧化铝-二氧化硅复合膜,具有较高的氢渗透系数和H_2/CO_2,H_2/N_2分离因数,分离合氢混合气可得高纯度氢气.用简化的代数方程组代替微分方程组对管壳式膜分离器逆流操作进行物料衡算,计算值和实测值符合工业允许误差范围. A ceramic tube supported γ- alumina-silica inorganic composite membrane was made by a silica sol and a ceramic tube supported γ- alumina membrane with sol - gel method.The prepared membrane has high hydrogen permeability and high selectivities of H2/N2 and H2/CO2.High concentration of hydrogen can be separated from mixtures of hydrogen using this kind of composite membrane. The calculated values by simplified algebraical equations, instead of differential equations are in good agreement with experimental data. The relative error is within the range of industrial allownce.
