首先从工业企业内部管理体制改革出发，提出集成化管理的概念并论述实施集成化管理对于改善国有企业竞争力的积极意义；然后深入探讨集成化管理系统的特点并引入计算机集成化管理信息系统（ＣＩＭＩＳ）的概念．最后给出ＣＩＭＩＳ开发实例．

This paper focuses on inner management frame innovation of the industrial enterprise. The authors present the concept of Integrated Management, the positive effect on improving state - owned enterprise competition, the characteristics of Integrated Management System, and the concept and case of Computer Integrated Management Information System (CIMIS). Finally, a practical example of CIMIS is presented.
