道路在城市中具有重要的地位和作用．它是构成城市的基本框架．也是城市外部空间景观的重要组成部分。在城市道路规划与建设中加强景观功能对于交通规划与道路建设的制约与限定，强调景观性交通系统的规划与建设．将对城市建设理论与实践产生极其重要的影响。
Road systems play very important role in cities. They are basic frames of cities and also are main components of outer landscape. To enhance the visual role of road system planning and emphasize the planning and construction of traffic systems for landscape will greatly influence the theories and practices of urban construction.
