摘要
“SARS”这一突发公共卫生事件促使我们对城市和建筑进行反思。作为城市和建筑设计者的我们应当依靠科学．以科学的态度进行科学的决策和论证，在权力和市场面前保持科学和理性的思考与选择，像防治“SARS”那样反对城市建设中种种不科学．非理性的“顽症”和“新疫”。
The unexpectable＂SARS＂attack forced us to re-think about the construction of our cities and buildings. As designers of urban and architecture, we must rely on science, reasoning and making decisions with scientific attitude. We must keep rational thoughts and choices facing off authority and market competition, fighting against kinds of irrational and anti-science ＂disease＂ like fighting against ＂SARS＂.
