摘要
本文针对建筑工程中存在的一些问题从建筑要体现以人为本“的原则出发围绕建筑声环境人体工学和建筑材料的合理应用三个方面，阐述了建筑与科技发展的关系同时强调．正确把握好建筑艺术和建筑技术两方面的关系．对建筑师搞好建筑设计是何等的重要。
Aiming at some problems in construction industry, starting from the principal of ＂people-centered＂ , this article argued the relationship between architecture and technology development in the fields of acoustic environment in buildings, human system engineering and probable application of building material. Meanwhile, this article also emphasize that to understand the relationship between architecture art and construction technology is very important for architects.
