上层建筑（CLASS）的设计很具个性，是形式与功能的巧妙结合，有较深的设计思想和艺术内涵。对“尺度”的把握及材料“砖”的运用也值得借鉴．
The project of CLASS is quite different from others. It is a combination of forms and functions resulted from deep thoughts. Many can be learned from it＇s controlling of ＂scale＂ and ＂bricks＂.
