摘要
对Si3N4结合的SiC的抗碱蚀机理进行了动力学实验研究.结果表明,其碱蚀过程受化学与扩散混合控制;碱蚀增重及残余强度与碱蚀时间呈1/2次幂函数规律变化,与温度分别呈线性和二次幂函数规律变化.
Study on the alkali erosion mechanism of Si 3N 4 SiC refractory has been carried out. Results show that alkali erosion course is controlled by chemical rewtion and diffusion,and that increased weight of alkali erosion and remaining strength qpper the 12 power functional regularity with reaction time and the 2 power functional reguiarity with temperature;but the rate of increased weight and the rate of remaining strength appear the -12 power functional regularity with reaction time.
