摘要
采用在Gleeble1500热力模拟实验机上进行轧制工艺模拟和热轧实验相结合的方法,研究了轧制温度参数对HP钢显微组织和力学性能的影响.由此制定较为合理的温度工艺制度。
The effects of hot rolled temperature parameters on microstructure and mechanical properties of HP steel were investigated by means of hot simulation in Gleeble 1500 and hot rolled experiments in the φ 300 mill. Based on the results, the suitable temperature parameters were concluded and therefore applied successfully in production.
