Computer Intergrated Manufacturing System Design and Implementation

以锡兴钢铁股份有限公司为应用环境，研究具有低成本的适用我国钢铁企业发展的计算机集成制造系统．它的基本结构包括计算机集成信息处理系统，多媒体计算机生产指挥系统和计算机钢种、轧制孔型和工艺设计系统．本文重点研究了该系统（简称ＸＸＣＩＭＳ）的基本结构、网络系统的设计，包括系统硬件配置和软件配置及多媒体生产指挥系统设计．实际应用表明，网络设计先进，工作稳定可靠。

Based on the application environment of Xixing Steel and Iron,Lt.D,A Low cost CIMS (Computer Intergrated Manufacturing System)was studied and designed. The CIMS aims at meeting the demands of the developerment of our coumtry′s steel and iron manufacturing industry. The basic structure of the system consists of computer intergrated information processing system,multimedia production conducting system,rolling pass and technological process disigning system. The paper focuses mainly on the basic structure of the systems (XXCIMS),network design,hardware and software contiguration,and the design of production conducting system. The practical application proves the wetwork to be advaneed,its operation to be reliable,and it achieves the requirements of the design.
