Some Issues in Strategic Management Theory Development and Research

针对战略管理理论及研究中心的一些模糊认识，阐明了战略管理中的一些哲学命题．在所建立的战略管理理论框架的基础上，归纳出战略管理的几个主要研究方向及领域。

With respect to the ambiguous understanding of some issues in strategic management theory development and research,a philosophy of strategic management is expounded. On the basis of a theoretical framework of strategic management theory,a cluster of key strategic management research streams is identified. Recommendations regarding to the research methodology in strategic management are put forward.
