摘要
本文通过对威海市近年来房地产业发展现状的总结,试图找出房地产发展中存在的一些问题,从城市规划的角度加以分析,并对房地产开发与城市可持续发展的关系加以论述。
This article describes the development of construction and real estate industry in recent years in Weihai City and some issues related to city＇s sustainable development are reported. Furthermore, the relationship between them is analyzed, especially in a city planner＇s view, and also some suggestions about sustainable development and environment protection in city planning working are given.
