打顶对大白菜种株产量及产量构成因素的影响

Effects of Seed Yield and Characteristics of Yield of ChineseCabbage on Cutting Terminal Buds

通过对豫白菜一号的双亲“青２１１”和“２３０”进行打顶制种试验，调查分析打顶对其制种产量和产量构成因素的影响，结果表明：打顶可明显提高单株种子重，其原因主要是打顶可明显增加各级分枝数，提高其千粒重；打顶对各级有效荚比率无显著影响。相关分析表明，对单株种子重影响较大的是一、二级分枝种子重，其对单株种子重的影响系数分别为：“２３０”亲本为１．８２７７和０．９５１１，“青２１１”为２．１２３３和１．４６２８。

The terminal buds of inbred lines 'Qing211'and ' 230', which are parents of cultivar'No. 1 Yu Chinese Cabbage'have been cut,and the influences on the yield and characteristicsof yield have been analysed. Seed yield/plant increased obviously by cutting terminal buds,the numbers of branch and weight of seed increased. The weight of seed of first class and second class branches has a great effect on the seed yield/plant. The regression coefficients ofparent ''230'are 1. 8271 and 0. 9581,the parent 'Qing 211' 's are 2. 1233 and 1. 4628.
