This paper introducad the method on how to determine the Sulfa drugs' content by spectromety used a-naphthol as developer. Compared with standard method, it has many advantages, such as simple operation, little reagent, better reappearance, quick analysis and canbe done under room temperature etc. It provides simple method for the quick, accurate determination of Sutfa drugs'.
