摘要
普通番茄四个栽培品种即“早魁”、“郑番2号”、“强力米寿”和“特瑞皮克”的根尖染色体数目均为2n=2x=24;核型由中部和近中部或近端部着丝点染色体组成,但各类染色体在不同品种中的数目不同,或数目相同而在核型中的分布位置不同;均有1对具随体染色体.但随体的大小及在核型中的分布位置因品种而异。
The Karyotypes of four cultivars (i. e. cv. 'Zhaokui', cv. 'Zhengfan No2', cv, 'Qiang limishou',cv. 'Tairuipikai')of Ltcopersicum esculentum Mill. var. commune Bailey ar reported in this paper. The number of chromosomes of four cultivars is found to have 2n= 2x=24.The karyotypes examined aer all composed of metacentrc(m). submetacentric(sm)or subterminal (st) chromosomes. But, thay differ in the numbe or in location of the m -chromo somes, sm-chromosomes or st-chromosomes in karyotyes. Two satellites are attached to the short arms of the first pair of chromosome in cv.'Zhaokui'or in cv. 'Qianglimishou',ofthe second pair of chromosome in cv. 'Zhengfan No. 2',of the third pair of chromosome in cv.'Tairuipikai'. But the size of the satellites are different.
