碳钢表面激光熔覆多种硬质合金材料的性能分析

摘要 利用大功率CO2激光器在20号碳钢表面熔覆WC-TiC-SiC-Co,WC-TiN-SiC-Co,采用X射线衍射仪对熔覆层进行物相分析,并对熔覆层的硬度分布及耐磨性能进行测试。结果表明,利用大功率激光束可在碳钢表面熔覆高硬度合金,提高了金属材料表面的硬度和耐磨性能。 This paper presets the research of a high pouer Loser smelting-cladding Wc-Tic-SicCo,Wc-Tin-Sic Co on 20 # carbon steel surface, the physic phases of the treaed dadding layer are made by x-ray diffraction instrument and the hardness and anti-abrosion are tesed,The resuts indicated that high hard allog can be made on cheap carbon steel surdau by a high power Laser and the surfacial strength of metal materials is enhanced.
