摘要
本文以第20届UIA大会发布的《北京宪章》为线索,描述了北京近年来影响较大的五次国际建筑竞赛以及这些竞赛引出的反响、争论和探讨。
By means of BEIJING CHARTER which was presented at the 20th Congress of VIA,this essay scans five famous international architectural competitions in Beijing and the echoes ,debates from these competitions.
