摘要
本文综合了有关北京CBD发展的近期文献,介绍了建设背景,讨论了它对改变北京单中心现状的积极之处,也简略地指出目前的北京建设CBD所面临的问题与其对区域经济、空间形态可能的影响。本文还介绍了北京市城市规划设计研究院的规划综合方案和其中的主要待建项目。
This is a combined report on the background of the recent development and construction of the CBD in Beijing.Also in here is the discussion of the great impact which will change the historic and existing single-center situation of Beijing the problems it is facing ,and the influence to economy and space form.This paper introduces as well the final project by Beijing Urben Planning Institute and the architecture projects to be built.
