摘要
北京财富中心总建筑面积70万m^2，占地921公顷，项目包括写字楼、五星级酒店、公寓及商业设施等；基地位于北京CBD东三环北路23号，其北面是嘉里中心、旺座中心（待建），其东面是中央电视台新总部大楼（待建），其西面是新城·国际（待建）；德国GMP获得2001年该项目设计竞赛一等奖，GMP的设计指在中央商务区（CPD）的核心区内建立一种独特的都市设计及建筑群，这与迄今为此所持的观念有着显著不同，并因此具有了明显的个性。
The aim of the design is to erect a unique urban design and architectural comples ensembled in the heart of the Central Business District（CBD）that is dearly different from other notions so far and therefore possess unmstakable idemtity .
