摘要
比较了不同制造工艺条件下粉条的渗油率.实验结果表明。乳化型粉条具有良好的理化指标.文中报道了乳化型粉条的产品性能和制造工艺,并探讨了乳化型粉条的配方、制法和特性.
This Paper compare the oil-seeping rate of Pan stick between different technological manufacture. The experiment result showed that emulsified type Pan stick have good physics-chemistry indexes.The Performance, formulation and manufactUre of the emulsified type pan stick were described.
