Realization of Digital Virtual Reality Technique in Urban Residential Areas Planning and Development

研究数字时代虚拟现实技术对城市建设与发展的影响,分析城市规划传统表现手段和设计方式的局限性,指出虚拟现实技术在城市规划中应用的优越性,阐述虚拟现实技术为未来城市居住社区规划极其相关领域的发展提供了一种创新的思维方式和技术手段,最后提出当前数字虚拟技术亟待解决的问题。

Firstly, this paper studies virtual reality technique affecting on urban construction and development in digital era, analyzes the limitation of traditional expression tool and design mode, and points out virtual reality technique advantage in urban planning applying. Then, it sets forth that virtual reality technique will provide a new mode of thinking and new technical tool for the development of coming residential areas planning and correlative field. Finally, it puts forward the problem of digital virtual reality technique solved urgently nowadays.
