该住宅区采用当前流行的直线路网结构，它与一条东西向缎带似的开发区平行。这是考虑到要使最多的公寓具有南北朝向。线状结构在部分区域有所变化，从而改变了建筑之间开放空间的尺度。这就形成了有各自尺度的不同的庭院空间。结果是产生了一种层次感，由大到小把空间渐次分成较小的尺度。

The residential quarters are strucctured in linear fashion with a parallel ribbon development running from west to east.This allows for a maximum of noah thus varying the width of open spaces between the rows of buildings.
