摘要
注射模塑中在压力作用下的塑料对模具型腔和型芯的作用力以及塑料熔体注射填模过程中发生的变化将影响塑件的尺寸和表面质量．本文分析了这类原因产生的壁厚单边，气泡、银丝、班纹、缩痕等缺陷，提出了解决此类缺陷的对策．
The active force to the moulding-die impression and core under the pressure of Injection Plastic and the changes during the process of melted plastic injecting the mocelding-die will effect the dimention and the surface quality of the manafactured plastic articles. The non -eveness. blister, 'silver silk' mottling,shrink mark resulted from such causes are analyzed,and the measures to solve such defects are proposed in this paper.
