服务内容：城市发展总体规划、绿化规划、交通总体规划。
简要说明：1、）分析现有的新中央商务区（CBD）的规划，编制新的城市和交通开发方案，面积约450公顷。
2、）总用地面积256万m^2。
定量分析，评估并优化钱江新中央商务区内的交通系统（包括地铁）。
各区块的功能定位（包括商业步行街）、布局、开发力度、基础设施要求分析等。
区域内的立面设计、地下空间的综合开发和利用景观、环境分析、特别是钱塘江的利用，最大限度地发挥其优势。
Scope of services： City development plan, Green plan, Traffic plan, and Conceptual design for the Hangzhou Municipal City Centre
Description： Analysis of existing plans for a new central business district （CBD）, elaboration of new concepts for urban and traffic development, elaboration of a new concept for urban development covering an area of approx, 450 ha
Total land use area： 2560000m^2.
Quantitative analysis, eveluation and optimisation of transportation system （including subway ）within Qianjiang New CBD.
Functional positioning of each section within the area （including commercial pedestrian street）. layout , developing strength and fundamental facilities requirement analysis.
Elevation planning within the area, comprehensive developing and utilizing of underground spaces.
Analysis of landscape and environment, especially for utilizing the Qiantang River, maximizing its advantages for living and working.
