本文通过比较广州清华坊和深圳万科·第五园在立面造型上的异同,从形式与功能两个角度出发,分析了现代中式住宅立面造型设计手法“由表层优化”到“抽象变异”的变化,对住宅地域性设计进行了一定程度的探讨。

The article compares the difference and similar between the shape of dwelling house in Tsing Hua Fang in GuangZhou and Wanke DiWuYuan in ShenZhen. On the form and function, it analyzes the improvement of shape design techniques on modern Chinese dwelling house, which is from ＂surface optimization＂ to ＂abstract variation＂. The purpose is to make a certain exploration on the regional residence design.
