当代居住小区院落空间的再塑造——以大连市为例

随着居住小区规划结构从小区-组团-院落的三级空间划分向小区-院落的二级空间划分转变,以及“均好性”规划理念的提出,宅前院落空间的设计越来越受到重视。本文通过对大连市内几个居住小区的实地调研,分析总结了当代宅前院落空间的设计及使用情况,并提出了一些改进的意见。
