Mochen Architects & Engineers Building

本项目中一直贯穿整个设计施工过程的理念来源于两个方面,其一是对当前城市与建设的思考,其二是对传统文化的理解和认知。设计体现了墨臣的思考,现代语境下,对文化和传统的认知需要创造性的思维,传统不能因循固有的形式而存在,需要符合当代的和未来的美学特征,在新的形式下,传统文化才能焕发生机,如同经历一次由茧化蝶的过程。

The concept rune through the process of design and construction of this project comes from two aspects.One is the thought to the current city and construction,the other is the comprehension and cognition to the traditional culture.The design expresses the thought of Mochen.In the current context ,creative mentality is needed in cognizing the culture and tradition,the tradition couldn＇t exist following the routine form ,but need to be matched with the exthetics characteristic of contemporary and the future.Only under the new form can the traditional culture be vitality ,just as the butterfly transformed from cocoon.
