摘要
本文在借鉴国内外先进职教理念的基础上,参考IS9000质量体系和家具企业现场“6S”管理规范,结合实践教学实际,从实训内容、模式、实训过程管理与监督,实训考核与评价体系等方面进行了有益探索。
By using the dolnestic and foreign advanced vocational teaching concepts as a reference, consulting the system of IS9000 arid the ＂6S＂ lnanagerial regulations for furniture enterprises, and considering the practical teaching experiences, the author discusses the contents and the patterns of the practical training ,the management and supervision of the process, and the testing and evaluation of the training.
