摘要
该文通过三个学校工程的分析探讨教育建筑的效益问题,指出教育建筑追求形式美观的同时应该重视造价是否经济、建成后是否适用、特别是维护保养和能耗等使用成本是否经济等问题。
In this paper, the efficiency of educational buildings is discussed by analyzing three projects in school, and it is pointed out that the costs, applicability and the running costs of maintenance and energy should be taken into account while pursuing aesthetic effects of educational buildings.
