Analysis of Investment Benefit of Construction Safety

建筑安全投资效益包括减损效益和增值效益。减损效益又分经济减损效益和非经济减损收益,过去的研究一般都只考虑到经济减损效益。该文对国内外建筑安全投资效益的研究现状和成果进行梳理并指出当前研究中存在的一些问题,进而对安全投资的增值效益和非经济减损效益定量分析的重要性进行阐述。

Investment benefit of construction safety includes decrease benefit and increment benefit, and decrease benefit includes economic decrease benefit and non-economic decrease benefit, but the researches ever done usually took economic decrease benefit into account only. In this paper, the present research situation and achievements of investment benefit of construction safety all over the world are analyzed, and some problems in present researches are pointed out Secondly, the essentiality of quantitative analysis of increment benefit and non economic decrease benefit of safety investment is expounded.
