重点工程建设是各地社会经济发展一项重要工作,该文从重点工程项目确定、前期、实施、融资、项目后评价等五项工作进行分析, 就科学性、有效性、扎实性、全局性、客观性五个特点加以探讨。
The construction of important project is a significant task of the economy development in every area, In this paper, with the analysis of five aspects of confirmation, prophase, implementation, financing, and project post-valuation of Important project, the five points of scientificity, validity, reliabilrty, entirety, and objectivity are discussed.
