Critical Neo-vernacular Expression on Design of Huanghuatang N4A's Memorial in Xuyi

The paper introduces the design ideas of N4A＂s Memorial of Huanghuatang in Xuyi, Jiangsu Province. The project presented Neo-vemacular style basically in harmony with environment and historical background. Furthermore, beyond the straightforward regional forms, the designers have explored the methods of critical regionalism basing on requirements of the present age and remembrance.
