“中国式”和“住宅”对于我们而言都再熟悉不过。其中，“中国式”的命题更是人们心中挥之不去的一个情结，近一个世纪以来从未终止对“中国式”的讨论。而说到住宅，在现代当住宅变为商品，住宅建筑的样式日益丰富以后，尤其是在近几年来推出一批“中国式”的住宅项目而引发“中式住宅”的概念炒作之后，究竟应该如何理解“中国式住宅”？
