Weaving Strategy of Habitation in Chinese Context

文章从城市的视角来讨论中国式居住的问题,提出当前城市面临的最主要问题之一是城市片断的产生,而住区是这种片断的主要表现形式之一。针对城市“片断化”的现象,结合国内外相关领域的理论与实践,文章以“织补”为核心,提出“中国式住居”的发展策略。

The paper discusses the Chinese Mode of Habitation in the scope of Urbanism. One of the important problems that Chinese cities facing nowadays is urban fragmentation, of which residential areas are the primary component. The author tries to establish a theoretical framework of weaving the urban fragments especially the residential areas into a more coherent city reality.
