中、日、韩集合住宅比较

COMPARISON ANALYSIS OF UNIT PLAN CHARACTERISTIC IN COLLECTIVE HOUSING IN CHINA, JAPAN AND KOREA

本文对于中、日、韩三国集合住宅的特点进行了比较,重点是户型空间的构成特点,并对日韩两国集合住宅的主要空间特点进行了较为详细的分析,在此基础上提出我国集合住宅在户型设计中可以向其借鉴和学习的方面。

In this article, the sameness and difference in the unit plan design in collective housing in Korea, Japan and China are discussed. The characters of indoor space of collective housing in Korea and Japan are partlculatiy analyzed. The article concludes with a restatement of the aspects based on the early discussion that might help us to improve the performance of collective housing in China.
