Based on traditional architecture, this report presents the epistemological ＂0＂ starting point of modern scientific architecture and its theories, the initial premise of occurrence and the primary issue of its creation; states the complete definition and category of ＂architecture＂; indicates the essence and the characteristic of architecture; brings to light the three general laws of architecture, analyzes the subjects such as ＂form and content＂, ＂Fengshui and architecture＂, ＂tradition and innovation＂, also puts forward the concept of ＂form chain＂ and the theory of ＂relativity of formalism＂; illustrates ＂the art of architecture＂, falsifies the ＂architecture is an art＂ and reveals the fundamental relationship between architecture and city, points out that there would be no city and human civilization today without architecture.
