The history of Ortner ＆ Ortner Baukunst can be traced back to 1967. Laurids Otrner, Mantred Ortner and Gunter Zamp Kelp as Partner of O＆O were the main founders of Haus-Rock-Co, the predecessor of O＆O In the following 15 years they have involved in the fields about free art and architecture. Many works with the exploring ideas have great influence fill today, such as the series of works ＂Second Nature and concentrated to the field of Architecture The terse and multivocal projects they have designed, represented as the Museum Area in Vienna, the State Central Bank in Dusseldorf and the Library in Dresden, express their thoughts from ＂Mind Expander＂ to ＂Provisory Architecture ＂.
