非均衡区域综合交通网布局模式研究

Pattern Research for Non-balanced Region Comprehensive Transportation Network Layout

从区域经济的角度看,开发模式可按点、线、面、体四个要素划分。交通网是点和线的有机集合,其空间布局与发展必须与区域经济开发相适应。对非均衡型区域和发展中的地区而言,近期采用“点—轴渐进式开发”模式,远期采用“网络开发”模式不失为一种正确的战略选择。重构甘肃综合交通网布局主要从确定“点”、开发“轴线”“联网”“拓面”等方面进行。

From the point of view of regional economy, development pattern can be divided into four elements of point, line, surface and body. Transportation network is a flexible integration of point and line and its spatial arrangement and development should be in step with the regional economic development. For non-balanced regions and developing regions the ＂gradual point-axle development＂ pattern for the near future and the ＂network development＂ pattern in the long-dated future can be the correct strategic choice. Thus the reconstruction of the comprehensive transportation network of Gansu province should be carried out mainly by confirming the ＂point＂, developing the ＂axle＂, ＂joining the networks＂ and ＂expanding the surface＂, etc..
