摘要
本文着重从供电的可靠性和保证合格的电能质量两个方面,结合国内电网的现状,参照国外在发展大电网中出现的一些问题,提出了我国在大电网的运行和管理中应注意研究和解决的十大问题:1.电力系统的稳定性和稳定技术:2.大机组(特别是大型火电机组)的次同步振荡引起的机组轴系扭振问题和大机组大电网的协调;3.电力系统的安全稳定控制系统;4.电力系统的调频和经济运行;5.关于电力系统的电压和无功功率控制;6.电力系统可靠性研究;7.电力系统的调峰;8.核电站与电网的相互影响;9.电力系统的运行与气象;10.建设一套完善实用的电网调度自动化系统和通信监控系统。
This paper presents the following problems which must be studied for the operation and management of domestic power systems with a view to providing reliable and qualified energy supply: .stability and stability technology. .torsional vibration of turbine—generator shafts and coordination of large generating units and power system. .stability and security control system. .frequency control and economic operation. .voltage and reactive power control. .reliability study. .peak load management. .interaction of nuclear power plant and power system. .meteorology for power system operation. .dispatching automation system and communication network monitoring system.
