摘要
依据三代家人同居(三代居) 型家庭的现状和发展趋势,该文分析了当前的住宅户型用来做三代居型住宅时的弊端,对适用的户型做出了展望,并设计出相应的三代居型住宅。通过对三代居型家庭的家庭成员结构和居住模式的模拟,验证了该户型的实用性。
Aocording to the three- generation-family＇s actualities and trends, the author analyzes the defects of current dwelling units when we take them as three- generation-family dwelling units, and gives prospects to the suitable dwelling units, then designs a kind of three-generation-family dwelling unit. The dwelling unit is testified by the simulation of three-generation- family＇s family member＇s structures and dwelling patterns.
