篢he laboratory used for the silencer experiment and development must handled with special measures for noise eliminating. In this paper, the concept in planning such a laboratory is presented, the choice and determination of the parameters for the laboratory are also proposed. The laboratory provides the features such as the compact construction, complete functions and good applicability, as well as low building cost.
