摘要
介绍了陶瓷挺柱和金属凸轮配对试验研究的结果。研究表明,陶瓷挺柱的粗糙度是影响金属凸轮磨损的主要因素。上海内燃机研究所研制的氮化硅一金属复合挺柱和球墨铸铁表面淬火凸轮,经过2000h发动机台柴试验,陶瓷挺柱的磨损是原机挺柱磨损的1/6,球铁表面淬火凸轮的磨损是原机凸轮磨损的1/5。
An investigation of matching the ceramic tappet with the metallic cams is presented in this paper. The results show that the main factor which influences the cam wear is the roughness of the ceramic tappet. A ceramic-metal compound tappet (its working surface is inlaid with a sheet of silicon nitride),and a spheroidal graphite cast iron cam with induction hardening have been developed by SICERI. The 2000h engine bench test results show that the wear values of the ceramic tappet and the spheroidal graphite cast iron cam with induction hardening reduce by a factor of 6 and 5 respectively, compared with those of conventional parts under similar engine operating conditions.
