摘要
通过对球型燃烧室柴油机燃烧机理的分析,针对495A型柴油机,利用正交试验,在尽可能小的变动范围内对该机供油系统某些参数作适当调整,以期改善柴油机的经济性。实践证明,改进后的柴油机燃油消耗率在标定和最大扭矩两工况下均减少6.8g/(kW·h)左右,外特性油耗曲线趋于平坦,同时降低了低转速下的烟度。此外,还对其燃烧特性进行了分析讨论,给出了韦伯特性参数,为预测同类发动机性能和工作循环计算提供参考。
The combustion mechanism of the spherical combustion chamber has been analysed, and various tests on model 495A diesel engine are carried out by the orthogonalizing method. Although very limited changes of the injection system parameters are made during the test period, the experimental results show that with the spherical chamber and modified injection system parameters the specific fuel consumption of the engine is decreased about 6.8g/(kW·h) at the rated power and maximum torque operating conditions, the full load BSFC curve becomes more flat and the smoke density is decreased at low load. Finally,the combustion process analysis has been conducted on model 495A diesel engine and its Wiebe characteristic parameters are presented to give a reference for predicting the performance and calculating the working process of the similar engines.
